Harlow’s Cancellation policy:
This policy is put in place to ensure that our business runs smoothly and to provide fair treatment to both our clients and our staff. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise, which is why we allow for changes or cancellations with at least 48 hours notice.
Our policy is as follows:
- At least 48 hours notice is required to change or cancel your reservation without incurring a fee.
- Changes or cancellations made within the 48 hour window will be subject to a 50% charge of the booked services.
- Reservations canceled or changed 24 hours or less, or no-shows, will be charged 100% of the missed services.

We’re proud to announce that we have joined the Green Circle Salon movement, dedicated to repurposing and recovering up to 95% of previously discarded resources. At Harlow, we ensure that materials like hair, leftover hair color, foils, color tubes, aerosol cans, paper, and plastics find a new purpose instead of being wasted.
To support this eco-friendly initiative, we kindly include a small Eco Fee of $2.50 in your bill, allowing us to sustain this program. However, if you prefer to have this fee removed, please inform our front desk during checkout.
Our prices may vary depending on the stylist performing the service, so feel free to inquire about the details when scheduling your appointment. Rest assured, we have full confidence in all our stylists and their ability to deliver outstanding results, regardless of the price.For haircut bookings, please keep in mind that certain hair types, such as thicker, longer, or more textured hair, may require additional time. To accommodate these specific needs, we schedule extra time for the haircut, and this will be reflected in the price.
If you desire a hairstyle that involves heat tools like a Flat Iron or Curling Iron, please let us know at the time of booking, and we’ll be more than happy to accommodate your request. Kindly note that an additional charge will apply to cover the use of these heat styling tools.
